Needs: A smart meter and no controlled-load tariff.
- In SA too, CovaU lists 11am–2pm, not the Solar Sharer's 12pm–3pm. Its plan data gives the time in Queensland time (AEST); if so, it's 10:30am–1:30pm in Adelaide (11:30am–2:30pm during daylight saving). Check with CovaU.

Battery ChargeOrigin Energy

Up to 28 kWh a day free. Above 28 kWh a day in the window, the off-peak rate applies.
Needs: Solar on a net meter, not on a government feed-in scheme, and a home battery.
- Pays 11c/kWh for up to 10 kWh a day exported 6pm–9pm, and 2–3c at other times.
- Also listed as Origin Battery Earner (NSW and SE QLD) with the same free hours.
- Origin describes it as a battery plan; the plan data itself only asks for net-metered solar. Check with Origin.
